NROTC
The Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) is a leadership development program that prepares college students to become officers in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. Through hands-on training, academic coursework, and physical fitness, midshipmen develop the skills necessary to lead and commission as officers upon graduation.
Scholarships and tuition waivers are available to UIC students participating in NROTC.
The UIC NROTC program is hosted by the Illinois Institute of Technology. Learn more about the program and take your first step as a UIC student toward a future of service and leadership by visiting the battalion’s website.
