Edward M. Petrich

Master Sergeant Edward M. Petrich enlisted in the Army out of Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania in October 2004 and completed One Station Unit Training at Fort Knox, Kentucky where he earned the MOS 19D Calvary Scout. MSG Petrich’s assignments include Dismount through Platoon Sergeant, HHC 1-8 IN, 3rd BDE, 4th IN, Fort Carson, Colorado. Security Force Advisory and Team (SFAAT) NCOIC of security Vilseck, Germany; Section leader N TRP, 4th Squadron, 2 CR; Operations NCOIC HHC, 2-47IN, 194th AR, Platoon Sergeant B TRP, 6-1 CAV, 1st BDE, 1 AD; 1SG A TRP, 6-1 CAV, 1/1AD. 1SG Petrich deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 05-06, 07-09 and Operation New Dawn 10-11, and to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 13-14.

MSG Petrich military education includes Company Commanders/First Sergeant Pre-Command Course, Master Leaders Course, SHARP Foundation Course, Master Resilience, Senior Leaders Course, Advanced Leaders Course, Basic Leaders Course, Combat Life Saver, and Combative Level I.
